We are committed to community service! Since 1947, our club has donated labor and financial support to numerous causes in our area, including the "Kiwanis Building" at Burton Park, a baseball field at Highlands Park, a Youth Center in Burton Park, college scholarships and sponsorship of children's sports teams.

SAN CARLOS CHILD SAFETY DAY
Congratulations to all for a very successful second annual Child Safety Day. This event benefitted more than 100 children, ages 5 to 12, who participated in safety education and activities and received new bike helmets or guards. There were also free car seat inspections. The San Carlos Fire Department provided home safety education and emergency preparedness information. Children's ID Kits were given to parents.
Throughout the day, free raffles for a new bicycle and bicycle safety gear were held. A food station provided healthy snacks and drinks to all the children. The Arts and Crafts tables were managed by the Carlmont High School Key Club who engaged the children in sports activities and craft making.
