Key Club Week
Key Club Week gives you the opportunity to show your community what Key Club is truly about: service. Each day places an emphasis on service, to promote Key Club within our homes, schools and communities and to make Key Club a household name.

Key Leader
Key Leader is a weekend Leadership Experience program on Service Leadership. It is designed to teach what it means to be a youth leader in three different communities: local, state/national, and global. Five key principles are explored during the weekend: Integrity, Respect, Growth, Community, Excellence.

Cal-Nev-Ha District Convention
The convention provides Key Clubbers the opportunity to meet thousands of Key Clubbers from the span of three states, be recognized for your club's achievements, elect the Executive Board, learns leadership skills/values, and dance the night away at the Governor's Ball on Saturday night or participate in alternative activities such as karaoke singing, board games, etc . Don't miss out on the most amazing Key Club event of the year!!!

Kiwanis One Day – organized by the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos
One day in April each year, the entire Kiwanis family—Kiwanis Kids, Builders Club, Key Club, Circle K, Aktion Club and Kiwanis clubs—comes together for a day of hands-on united community service that is felt around the world. It’s called Kiwanis One Day—and the more hands we have helping, the more lives we will touch. Any project, big or small, is worth tackling. Projects include anything from building playgrounds to volunteering at a shelter to stocking shelves at a food pantry.
The Kiwanis Club of San Carlos determines a community service project and works with the  the Key Clubs at Carlmont, Mills an Notre Dame High Schools together.

2nd Harvest Food Bank Food Packaging – organized by the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos
About once every quarter, the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos schedule an evening with the 2nd Harvest Food Bank to help out in sorting and packaging of donated food and produce that are distributed to low income families in the Peninsula. Key Club volunteers help in this scheduled event.

Special Games – sponsored by Kiwanis Division 34
The Kiwanis Special Games were created to address the physical and emotional needs of the substantial number of very challenged children in the schools of our region. This is one day in the year when these youngsters are special, they are athletes, and at the center of attention through positive achievement. To many of these kids, the Special Games is their favorite day of the year. On the day of the games, about 120 buses deliver approximately 900 athletes from nearly 70 schools. Key Clubbers volunteer at this event by helping in organizing and preparing the athletes for their competition categories.

Hometown Days Parade & BBQ
Every year, during the San Carlos Hometown Days event, the San Carlos Kiwanis Club, along with the Key Clubs, participate at the parade in the morning, and the BBQ in the evening.
