Thank you Division 34 Kiwanians. We have just completed the 2012 Key Leader Camp Jones Gulch Leadership Training Weekend in La Honda.

First a special thanks to Brian, TC, Sara and KH for accepting the challenge to see for themselves what Key Leader and our training in Service Leadership is all about. This was their first time at Key Leader.

Special kudos and thanks to the Kiwanis Club of San Carlos--Judy, Rosie and Sandy, family member TC, 2 students and a personal contribution by Martin.

Woodside Terrace AM Club -- Michael and K. H. with financial help from Menlo Park and Redwood City and logistical support in transportation from San Carlos (thank you Rosie) helped 5 students attend from Redwood City, Menlo Park, Half Moon Bay and Pescadero.

Palo Alto Kiwanis Club--with Lt. Governor Brian and their support of the Young Dreamer Network.

Mountain View--Sara and a student from Mountain View High.

South San Francisco, with 4 scholarships
set aside and a extensive marketing ...identified Anh--who proudly reminded us that SSFHS Key Club stems from 2 students attending from SSF High challenging us to build a Key Club as his school. He represented that club this year.

From Division 34 there were 11 students total
5 Key Club students
6 students from other organizations including Young Dreamer Network
and Youth Advisory Board of El Centro de Libertad--both Redwood City
and Coastside ..representing 9 high schools-

Carlmont, Cupertino, Half Moon Bay, Menlo Atherton, Mountain View, Pescadero, South San Francisco, and Summit Prep and Woodside.

11 Division 34 students joined 55 other students from throughout Northern California High Schools. That's 66 students representing 35 high schools in Northern California.

1st time we have a resident of the South Coast half Moon Bay.

11 other adult volunteers joined us -- 5 from Division 12 and others as far away as Hanford and Porterville in the Central Valley, and Napa Windsor, and Woodland to the North.

Thank you Division 34 Kiwanians. Your efforts and expenditure of resources has made a profound impact in the lives of every student and adult involved.

Check it out. Brian dances the Dougie...
